  • Rear ell kitchen with low headroom, so the 60 inch had to come forward on skids. He protected the floor first. The infrared charbroiler burner had failed and was replaced cleanly.

  • One burner on the 48 inch lit noticeably slower than the rest every morning. The electrode was cracked and arcing to the pan support. New electrode and a port clean, and it lights with the others now.

  • The gravel drive was sheet ice in February and he still got the van up it, which our oil delivery could not manage that week. Gas flow to the back burners was weak from a manifold partly blocked during an earlier plumbing job. Cleared, then pressure tested twice.
